Innovation doesn’t mean chasing trends. It means anticipating change, experiencing it firsthand, and turning it into value. With this mindset, at 4IT we chose to begin our journey into artificial intelligence where it makes the most sense: from within the company.
With the support of our Security & R&D team, we launched 4AI—our first internal initiative dedicated to AI. The goal? To gather ideas on how artificial intelligence can enhance our daily work, making processes more efficient and streamlined.
The result was impressive: concrete, valuable ideas born from the direct experience of people who work with technology every day. Three of these ideas have been selected and will be developed over the course of 2025.
The three solutions to be developed in 2025
- RAG Company Chatbot: an assistant based on RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models, designed to query internal documentation and provide fast, contextual, and reliable answers.
- Automated Customer Satisfaction Analysis: an AI-powered system capable of reading and interpreting customer feedback to identify recurring patterns, critical issues, and valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- AI Agent for IT Ticketing: a virtual assistant designed to support the helpdesk by suggesting relevant responses and automating part of the interactions with users.
A pragmatic approach to AI transformation
IAt a time when many companies are questioning how to integrate artificial intelligence into their processes, 4IT is taking a hands-on approach: experimenting in-house to deliver ready-to-use, scalable solutions that align with the needs of SMEs.

It’s no coincidence that the initiative is led by the Security & R&D team. Integration, governance, compliance, and data protection are central themes when it comes to artificial intelligence. Every internal project is designed to be secure, transparent, and sustainable—before being effective.
